    “Greg, was the technician, who came out to unclog my sink. The company called to make sure I was home for my service, because I work a lot. Greg show up in about 30 mins. later. I was worried abut my dog, but he was awesome with my dog, and told me he has a dog also. Greg explained what he was going to do, and in no time found the clog. Put everything back together. Cleaned up. Explained to me, what I should do to keep my drains cleaned. Gave me his card, and also explained a little about , their service plan. So I am not left with a huge bill, and I can get my air conditioner and furnace serviced also. I was very pleased and I called the company as soon as Greg left, to tell them Thank You!”

    “Lancaster Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was excellent! From getting scheduled so soon (after our heat stopped working in the freezing cold) for the guys to come look and diagnose the problem, to coming out the next day to completely take out the old and install the new! Everyone was so friendly, (All the guys loved on our Shihtzus- whom loved them back!) and also were thoughtful in coming in our home with shoe coverings and laying down protectant sheets over top the carpet. These guys also were very knowledgeable, and we could tell they wanted to get this fixed so we could be comfortable in our home during the cold months. We even got a goodie box in the mail.... Whiff Roasters coffee, and chocolate bars! That was so kind and much appreciated! We highly recommend this company to everyone!”
