He discussed my options for my Central Air Heat Pump, that was not working, and explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand.     “Thank you Mark for coming out this cold Saturday morning; your kindness and caring work was a blessing this morning. I awoke at 1am this morning to a freezing home; called my son, Alan ( who is also a customer); he stopped by on his way to work and stated he did not know what to do. He referred me to LPH; in turn I called and spoke to a very pleasant lady and explained that my oil furnace was not coming on; she told me she would contact an on call service man. He was kind, professional, and provided a lot of information on what was going on with my a/c problem. I really appreciated it! The customer service representative (Maureen) that took my initial call was extremely friendly and caring. I really enjoyed talking to her.
