From getting scheduled so soon (after our heat stopped working in the freezing cold) for the guys to come look and diagnose the problem, to coming out the next day to completely take out the old and install the new! Everyone was so friendly, (All the guys loved on our Shihtzus- whom loved them back!) and also were thoughtful in coming in our home with shoe coverings and laying down protectant sheets over top the carpet.     “Thank you Mark for coming out this cold Saturday morning; your kindness and caring work was a blessing this morning. I awoke at 1am this morning to a freezing home; called my son, Alan ( who is also a customer); he stopped by on his way to work and stated he did not know what to do. He referred me to LPH; in turn I called and spoke to a very pleasant lady and explained that my oil furnace was not coming on; she told me she would contact an on call service man.
