  • Tom was prompt, courteous and professional. He left my home (and his work space) in better condition than he found it. He explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done, and took the time to thoroughly discuss all of our options.

He discussed my options for my Central Air Heat Pump, that was not working, and explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand.
