Called LP&H at 9am with a clogged kitchen sink… had a technician out by 12:30. Problem was cleared and technician was gone by 1:30. Very appreciative of the continued work that LP&H offers!

I had an outdoor water valve leaking when turned on as well as concern for the front water valve. Chris came out, figured out both issues, replaced a part and was out the door in less no time. Called Lancaster plumbing for a yearly check of the heat pump. Pressure was low due to a leak. Company that installed will not cover under warranty. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the same day. Will definitely use them in the future.

This is a great company. Jason did a complete inspection of our plumbing system and explained how everything worked and how we should maintain the various systems. He also replaced our water filters and again explained how to maintain this system. I’m a very satisfied customer and Jason was terrific.

My sink pump was defective and needed to be replaced immediately. I contacted Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical (LPH) and they booked an appointment right away that fit my schedule. Their technician, Layne B., arrived on time and diagnosed the issue right away and thoroughly detailed the scope of work that needed to be performed. He then gave me a quote that I had requested to update my water purification system in the spring. Lastly, to my surprise he was able to replace the sink pump, and also re-vent the plumbing system that the builder hadn't installed correctly that afternoon. I am very pleased with the team from LPH and also took advantage of their Service Partner Plan that will help me to keep my home in safe, working order, while also giving me a member discount on the work that was just completed. I definitely recommend Layne B. and the team from LPH for their prompt response, professionalism, and convenient service!

Lanc Plumbing Heating has always been on time, professional, and provides excellent service. Ryan was an excellent technician and personable to boot. I couldn't be more pleased. Andrew serviced my heating system today and noticed something amiss. I had my thermostat set on “Emergency Heat” instead of regular “Heat”. He informed me that it was very expensive and used more energy when I had the thermostat set to “Emergency Heat.” Thank you Andrew for saving me lots of $$$$.
