    “Greg, was the technician, who came out to unclog my sink. The company called to make sure I was home for my service, because I work a lot. Greg show up in about 30 mins. later. I was worried abut my dog, but he was awesome with my dog, and told me he has a dog also. Greg explained what he was going to do, and in no time found the clog. Put everything back together. Cleaned up. Explained to me, what I should do to keep my drains cleaned. Gave me his card, and also explained a little about , their service plan.   • Not only did Mark do a great job, he worked things out with me, with the best options for me, and saved me money on the parts and work he was going to do, and by joining the service plan, gave me discounts on everything he was going to need to perform.

    “I had another good experience with Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical. I had Mark come out to my house today, and he was here when they said he would be here. He discussed my options for my Central Air Heat Pump, that was not working, and explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. He was very knowledgeable about the work he was about to do. After going over the options, I picked the one that best suited me for the time being, and there was no pressure to pick the higher price options, and was able to get my AC working good before he left. He was very polite and did an excellent job, and explained everything up front. I suffer from severe Migraines all my life and with some of the meds I use, I just can't tolerate the heat and humidity, so it was imperative to me to have my AC running at all times, and these past 3 days were complete miserable to me,because I had no AC, but thanks to Mark, he got me back on track and having my AC working again...and I am very thankful for the work he performed.”
