Brian completed our annual HVAC system evaluation. He was on time, efficient, and a pleasure to speak with. Brian did a thorough evaluation and completed a system report which he emailed to me for my records. I am always impressed by the professionalism of the Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Technicians, and I give them my highest recommendation. I am very happy to be a member, which saves me money and helps me to stay on top of all of the maintenance!

Ryan K was fantastic and answered all questions myself and my fiancé had. He even made suggestions that helped with our house.

They did annual plumbing check, replaced malfunctioning sump pump and installed a water softener. They also took care of a sink issue. They were friendly and courteous.

Last evening I had another plumbing emergency related to the work done in October. They sent a tech right away and the problem was resolved quickly without further damage to my dining room ceiling. Ethan arrived with a smile on his face in spite of the disruption to his family dinner. Thank You!!! I am adding an addendum to this review. While I still rate the service from Lancaster Plumbing and Heating as FIVE STARS my complaint is with the company that provides their financing. While I am extremely grateful that they offer a financing option, I'm going to urge extreme caution before signing a financing agreement with Greensky. I strongly encourage anyone to check out the reviews about Greensky with the Better Business Bureau, Google, and Truth Pilot. Numerous complaints and issues. My issues with Greensky started over a payment they received prior to the statement date. Six statements, six early payments, yet they are still reflecting me as being past due. It has taken weeks to get this issue resolved, necessitating hours on the phone and receiving a different explanation or answer every time. At this point I have filed a complaint with the State attorney general's office and if things aren't resolved to my satisfaction by the end of the month I will be filing a federal complaint with the FDIC. I feel it is the responsibility of the business that is offering the financing option to fully vet the finance company before passing this option on to their customers. I had the misfortune of the return water from my upstairs bathroom leaking into my dining room, bringing a corner of the ceiling to the floor. As you can imagine it is a very stressful event. Lancaster Plumbing Heating Cooling and Electric has always been my go-to when I needed additional HVAC or plumbing assistance. While this job was extensive, they worked with me to determine the best plan and the best price. I appreciate that they offer their own financing to make it easier. The entire team did a fantastic job. Every one of them went above and beyond. They even cleaned up the mess afterwards.

My ac was frosted and was not working at all. Bryan came out and jumped right in with diagnosing the issues and he went thru a check list of things. He worked in a lot of things and got all the readings of output and operation into normal range. I’m very happy that Lancaster Plumbing and Heating got me up and running in these hot humid days
