Great experience. Ryan was very friendly and courteous. Explained everything he was checking and asked if I had any questions He checked our electric system which is part of our service plan. I would highly recommend lancaster plumbing heating and air conditioning.

We were having water problems with our water line backing up in our basement. We contacted Lancaster Plumbing and Heating in the morning and Mike came first thing in the afternoon. Mike was very personable, friendly and professional. He checked our clogged drain, explained what he felt was our problem and was able to clear the water in our basement. We now know who we’ll call with any further drainage problems. Thanks, Mike!

We had our yearly AC system check today. We pay monthly for the membership, and it's very convenient. We get great service and discounts. Most of the time, there isn’t a problem but, If they find something, we appreciate the options they give for fixing it in a cost-effective way. Today, the technician told us that our system had a small leak and it needed charged. We were puzzled at first, but they have never steered us wrong. So I checked our records, and discovered that we had it installed over 8 years ago! Of course, we thought it had been less than that. All of the technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated the work that Brian did for us today. Can't say enough good things about this company!
