Great experience with LPH! Our outdoor HVAC unit fan stopped spinning, and the technician was able to come complete a repair and cleaning. The cost was reasonable and the work was done quickly!

Mark gave us a superb primer on heat pumps, water storage tanks and how to get more than 2 showers by passing the storage tank. thank you! we have company coming in July. I look forward to removing the tank, lessening the stress on the pump, and hopefully reducing the amount of electricity we use - and keeping my guests in hot water :-) eileen schubert

I recently had to have a garbage disposal replaced. Robert R arrived and began to install the new unit. As is usual around my house, nothing is easy. Do to rust he could not loosen the ring that holds the disposal in place. He ended up having to saw off the old disposal. He went above and beyond the expected installation which should have been a piece of cake. Robert was professional and was a pleasure to have in my home. Lancaster Plumbing and Heating is a A++ company. I would highly recommend them.

Brian did an exceptional job fixing a leak in our water closet and then cleaning the coils in our A/C unit outside. He explained the problem then was very thorough in telling us his solution before proceeding. He informed us what he was doing every step of the way then explained what we should do to avoid a recurrence going forward. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable beyond reproach. After a couple years of frequent dealings with Lancaster Plumbing, we’ve come to expect nothing less than the very best in the technicians they employ and the quality services they perform. Highly recommend!! I’ve been a monthly member for a while. I always appreciate the immediate customer service, talking to a real person on the phone, and fast solutions. Nothing is worse than having an issue in your home and being tossed around for answers - that doesn’t happen here. I feel safe having anyone on their team in my home - they send photos and real-time ETA tracker (this was especially helpful for me when I lived alone). They send their quotes while still on-site (or shortly after) so I feel informed quickly. I’ve quoted them for many projects in addition to regular maintenance to my home. They always do a great job. Their quote for my water softener and reverse osmosis system was very competitive and the install went smoothly. Mike just came to do a sewage repair quote for our HOA and was prompt, professional, gave a thorough explanation, and was very helpful! Ryan W did our electrical check (June 2026) and was incredibly professional and thorough. He was informative and reviewed all of my questions and concerns in depth. He also gave multiple options for my requests and explained the differences! Highly recommend him!

Clogged main pipe from my house to the street of my home. The technician came in, saw how it was backed up coming up thru my first floor toilet and went straight to work. Got it unclogged in about an hour! Couldn’t asked for nothing more better than that on a Wednesday morning!

Plumbing inspection done well. Technician was thorough, courteous and pleasant.

We recently had the team over for routine maintenance of our existing heating and cooling unit. Unfortunately, they found major problems—including rusting of our heat exchanger and noncompressibles in our cooling system. We never felt pushed to do one thing or another, and never felt they were delivering a sales-pitch rather than a service. The team gave us options to choose from including repair and replacement. Ultimately, we chose a replacement, and they set up the appointment very quickly for the next week. They spent pretty much all day working hard to replace our unit, and by the evening we had a new heating and cooling unit in place. They even spent extra time fixing a coolant leak after install. They were clean, efficient, and professional. Highly recommend! Special shout out to Eric V!

Brian did a great job completing maintenance on our A/C System. Also, he cleaned our outside unit.

Our technician, Ethan, arrived on time, and performed many 'routine' checks of all things plumbing...pipes, faucets, toilets, showers, water heater, washer, etc., etc. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide scope of his service. He took lots of time to go through everything, even testing our water hardness and mineral content, and recommending some work on some corroded fittings to address future problems, but without any 'hard sell' on his part. I have to say that the contract/membership we have with Lancaster Plumbing and Heating is well worth the price for all the services they provide!

The technician was great - on time. Actually, a half hour ahead of the appointment time. He completed the inspection quickly, without any disruptions. I feel good entrusting my home to your whole team. Thanks.

This was our 3rd annual maintenance event with LPH. Brian was excellent! On time, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything. The quoted prices for repairs, were reasonable. I highly recommend this company and am glad I switched to LPH from a national service that was much more expensive. Highly recommend LPH!
