Many thanks to Lancaster Plumbing Heating Cooling for coming so quickly after I called for air conditioning services. Repair technician was there within 30 minutes after phone call request for service. Cayden was great, knowledgeable, and efficient. Gave estimate before starting repairs and had AC up and running quickly. I am so pleased with this service.

Two young guys came to our door on time, were very professional and answered several questions regarding our older tankless water heater. They flushed the system and also provided some guidance on water softener and water purification. Very friendly and respectful and we will use their services again. Having had several positive experiences with this company, the most recent with Matt the electrician, we’d give 5+ stars.

I would like to preface this review by stating I have a unique project. I called Lancaster heating and plumbing for help when my water turned off due to a faulty foot valve. Unfortunately the foor valve is in an old witching well with a 600lb concrete cover on it. When other companies told me no, I called these guys to get an estimate and asked if they needed to ask their leadership first. The owner, Larry, then called me back and told me he absolutely could help with this project and was upfront about everything. We scheduled and the technicians came out in a timely manner and were very professional throughout the whole project. We now have running water again. Thank you to Derrick, Reese, Larry and the rest of the Lancaster Plumbing team that made this possible.

Very professional service. Derrick diagnosed the problem (water heater leaking) and Bill delivered the new water heater. Installation was within a few hours of the diagnosis. I had assumed the replacement would be in a day or two, but was amazed it took only a few hours. I will definitely use Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, etc., in the future. Derrick and Bill were super nice and a pleasure to have as my installation techs.

I really appreciated seeing a picture of the technician before he arrived at my house. I also like the ability to track him so I know exactly when he'll arrive.
