    “Thank you Mark for coming out this cold Saturday morning; your kindness and caring work was a blessing this morning. I awoke at 1am this morning to a freezing home; called my son, Alan ( who is also a customer); he stopped by on his way to work and stated he did not know what to do.   • Not only did Mark do a great job, he worked things out with me, with the best options for me, and saved me money on the parts and work he was going to do, and by joining the service plan, gave me discounts on everything he was going to need to perform.

    “I had another good experience with Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical. I had Mark come out to my house today, and he was here when they said he would be here. He discussed my options for my Central Air Heat Pump, that was not working, and explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand. He was very knowledgeable about the work he was about to do. After going over the options, I picked the one that best suited me for the time being, and there was no pressure to pick the higher price options, and was able to get my AC working good before he left. He was very polite and did an excellent job, and explained everything up front.
