Highly recommended Lancaster Plumbing and Heating! Great experience with all employees from office to technicians. They are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They resolved issues with our boiler on their first visit, something two other companies failed at doing. Left the area clean and tidy.

Very nice!!! On time for the appointment!!! The tracking is nice and it’s correct. The gentleman Robert R. that came for the plumbing was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing and showed me the parts that were defective to the flap in the toilet. Customer service was excellent and would recommend this company to anyone!!! They have plans that include free electrical, plumbing and hvac checks to make sure your house is running smoothly!!! Check them out today don’t wait!!!

My sink pump was defective and needed to be replaced immediately. I contacted Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical (LPH) and they booked an appointment right away that fit my schedule. Their technician, Layne B., arrived on time and diagnosed the issue right away and thoroughly detailed the scope of work that needed to be performed. He then gave me a quote that I had requested to update my water purification system in the spring. Lastly, to my surprise he was able to replace the sink pump, and also re-vent the plumbing system that the builder hadn't installed correctly that afternoon. I am very pleased with the team from LPH and also took advantage of their Service Partner Plan that will help me to keep my home in safe, working order, while also giving me a member discount on the work that was just completed. I definitely recommend Layne B. and the team from LPH for their prompt response, professionalism, and convenient service!

Lancaster Plumbing and Heating saved me from a cold winter.
When my gas furnace failed they came out the same day to evalaute for repair. I'll admit I'd contacted two companies and saw both that day. The first company looked it over and stated nothing could be done. LPH did their best to fix the unit with a new igniter but once functional it was throwing out CO and COA and had back thrown heat that would cause it to shut off again (which was a good thing with that much CO2). And I required a new gas furnace. They were able to get me a quote for a few different replacement options and 3rd party lenders. Not only was their quote less, it had better and more options for lenders.
I had a new gas furnace within a week. Which works excellently. All technicians and other team members were on point, kind, and efficient at all times. From start to finish I had an A grade team. Just like all the times I needed repairs previous( many a time now!). Thank you guys!

So happy with the service!! After many years my heater is finally working !! Thanks to Cole P and Shane H for their help with getting everything situated. Cole fixed some electrical issues and Shane was such a rock star very honest and knowledgeable- he explained everything to my husband and showed him all the work (a previous hvac company I hired last year) that was wrong. It was truly a simple fix and I’m glad the parts were readily available that I could enjoy the heat tonight and not be delayed another day. Very pleased with the company making the appointment was easy and communication was great I knew exactly when and who was coming to my home. Thank you again you gained a new longer term customer!!

Our aging high velocity central air system failed and we needed a new heating and cooling system in our home. We had several companies come out and give estimates for replacement systems but in the end we selected Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical (LPHCE) and I am so glad that we did. LPHCE did an excellent job for us from start to finish. Our initial contact Ian supplied us with a wealth of knowledge regarding what our options were moving forward. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure to have multiple estimates drawn up before he left our property. He also kindly made himself available via text messaging when we had more questions later regarding our options. The estimate that we received was very fair and I got the sense that LPHCE was going to do everything that they could to secure our business. After considering our options we decided to have mini split heat pumps installed. Ian came out to our property again, this time with installation specialist Rick. They helped us finalize our plans for the installation and directly addressed a few lingering concerns that we still had. A week or so later a well organized installation team made short work of the project over the course of two days. While all of the techs assigned to the job were professional and courteous a special shout out goes to Ben for going up into the attic area and out on the roof to get the job done right. The end result is a system that operates as good as it looks. We are anticipating many comfortable years in our home thanks to the efforts of everyone at LPHCE. We plan to call on them in the future for our heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs. I submit this review as a hardy recommendation to try out their services, particularly if you are in the market for a new heating and cooling system. They are family owned and locally operated. Most importantly they cared about doing the job, and they cared about doing it right.

Electricity terrifies me. I call professionals. Tyson performed diagnostics and gave an estimate. I scheduled to have work done the next week at my convenience. Tyson and Brian showed up bright and early and got right to work. They were very respectful of my property and ensured my satisfaction at each stage of the process. Thank you so much.. I finally have light on my driveway in a long time.

These guys are great. The office staff is always so pleasant and helpful. Our A/C maintenance was due last week and Ryan was our service guy, he explained everything in detail and gave me ideas of what we could do to enhance our system. They always put their covers on their shoes upon entering your home which is very nice. The communication I would rate a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend this company.

Our service man Tim was very professional and helpful. He checked our heat pump system and found that our air ionizer was not working. Had one on the truck and had it installed quickly. Such a friendly guy….hoping to have Tim back for our next system check.

Just so happen I seen Jason G. at Sheetz in his plumbing truck, he gave me his card, kept it on the table and soon after I got him to do the job! 🕺He did a wonderful job, nice vortex flow of the dual sink! I'm so glad I met him! Exceptional work ethic! Also checked through the rest of the plumbing system to make sure everything balanced out! Thankyou! He made me very happy! I'm very glad that is over with!

I have a service plan with Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical and recently I had an inspection of plumbing at my condominium included in this plan. Mason K., the plumbing service professional, who performed the inspection, was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He did a very thorough check of all the plumbing, taught me how to flush my water heater and even removed a sizable hairball from one of the sink drains. He identified a few issues, which should be addressed within a few years, and gave me very helpful suggestions and detailed quotes to consider.
