I have contracted with LPH to due some updates at my home. To date they have updated my electrical with a new 200 AMP service and electrical panel, with new breakers. That task was completed by young professionals in a very timely manner, showing respect for my property.
A new gas furnace and central A/C system is scheduled for installation within the next week. I’m very confident that task will also be accomplished with the same professionalism as was the electrical services.

Ethan was amazing! He was very efficient. He solved my backup quickly & checked to make sure there were no other issues. Best plumbing service I’ve ever had.

My AC stopped working on a pretty hot day. I noticed early afternoon. They happened to have a technician in the area who arrived at my home within 1/2 hour. My AC was running within the next 1/2 hour. I am very pleased with the quick turnaround… although luck probably played a part with the timing, the customer service was great 👏👏

Had a sudden leak into our basement. We are members of LHP, they had a tech, Layne B there within the hour. Layne was incredibly polite and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. We greatly appreciate Layne’s work and how well he handled the situation.

Service tech did a great job in diagnosing and fixing plumbing issue with kitchen sink.
He also found an issue with the sink’s connection to the counter top that has to be handled by a counter top contractor.

Just had Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric come for my first annual plumbing inspection. Went great! He was on time, friendly, professional, and gave me a great explanation of the couple of concerns I had. Didn't try to sell me in anything just went over the facts. Had detailed invoice estimates same day. 10/10 would recommend.

Our tech, Jason GA, did another wonderful job for us replacing old, leaking water valves in our laundry room. Additionally he tidied up our water supply lines connected to our washing machine. We were very pleased with Jason's attention to detail.

We recently had our Heating inspection and our tech, Eric V., was respectful and knowledgeable. He offered several suggestions to improve our heating system during the cold months. Thank you, Eric.

Robert and Nathan acted very professional at resolving my clogged drain issue. Were very friendly and personal showing that they enjoyed their work.

Very easy to schedule an appointment. Tyler H was very knowledgeable in determining the issue and resolving our problem. He went above and beyond what we expected. I really appreciated seeing a picture of the technician before he arrived at my house. I also like the ability to track him so I know exactly when he'll arrive. The technicians, Ben and Eric, were friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained very well about my new system.

12-29-25-M - I am thankful for Lancaster Plumbing and Heating, ( (+), as Derrick B was here to bail me out with a hot water heater problem. Done with expertise, he had checked and identified what was not working and was able to get the hot water heater back on line. Fantastic job, quick response, good price.

This morning, 12-23-24-Monday, I had more problems with my plumbing. LP(+)H dispatched Jason again, ( poor Jason, it was brutally cold ), and Jason was very patient and knows what he is doing. I thought it might be a burned out element or a thermostat, but Jason quickly discovered a leaking valve with a pinhole. With receiving the parts he was quick to repair the leak. My hot water was leaking out before it worked it’s way through the shower, which reduced hot water to the shower, only giving a very little warm water. That makes it difficult to get a shower in this cold weather. Again, Jason bailed me out and we have hot water now, 👍.

I am very happy with the job that the technician, ( Jason ), has done. He is very knowledgeable about his job, which he demonstrated with the evaluation of our water system, and extremely helpful in what I need to do on a couple of corrections. I had him here the last time, and he was able to get the system back to NO LEAKS. Thank you LP(+)H Jason for the fine job, and Jason is scheduled back for a major repair / replacement in the near future.

Today Bill and Ethan put in a new Water Heater, with expertise. I can rely on Lancaster Plumbing and Heating to get the job done right. They did great.

03-04-25-TU - another leak, but Jason was here to save the day. A fine job, absolutely knowledgeable of what needed to be done, and now, no leaks. Very thankful for Jason, and really all of the technicians from Lancaster Plumbing and Heating. I can rest that they know what needs to be done.

All the guys that were at my house for HVAC and plumbing were great and very knowledgeable thank you very much. BILL ANGELO
